Standard spec I have seen is a 30 amp to 3 pole fused disco.
And a 20 amp to a 2 pole fused disco.
Theses were two story evevators

Also seen some REALLY slow models at 20a 120 - not kidding SLOW!!!!

Try an RFI to the elevator guy or GC of the project is your best bet....

i have done 2. 1 was 3 story required a 240v 10/3wg on 30amp breaker to elevator companys disconnect/controller.
the other was a 2 story 1 30amp 240v 10/3wg for motor 1 120v home run for cab lights a switch for a work light in top of shaft and a gfi recpt.also a phone line

I've wired a dozen residential elevators. Regardless of the number of floors they've serviced they've always required a 30A 240 with neutral (10/3). Most require separate power (no more than a 14/2) for the cab lights some don't.
