Received the below photo for the installation a sump pump control panel inside a elevator pit. I reviewed NEC 110-26 and I don't see any issues with it. There is 90 degrees to open the control panel door and 3' clear in front. The panel are only about 18" above the floor, but there isn't a minimum height requirement correct? I think they did it to avoid a conflict the the cab. The disconnect is on the front of that panel so it satisfies the line of site requirements of NEC 430. Do you think a code official would have heart burn with this?
