Can someone please help me understand I am looking at this:

So based on the code and what it says there I believe I would just size my time delay fuse to be 75 amps from NEC Table 430.52 and the MOCP to be 100 amps (from the exception) but then the fuse is less than max up drive acceleration amps. I am not sure if the thinking is the fuse shouldn't blow unless its over 75 amps for a while since its a time delay fuse? Or if its just super unlikely that its going to hit 86.2 amps unless there are too many people standing in the elevator overloading it?
