Elevator status panel and fire command center location

Does anyone know which codes address below two items, I am looking at building code and elevator code but couldn't find exact requirement.

1. When do we need fire command center? Does it applies only for high riser building?

2. Where should we install elevator status panel? Electrical room? (elevator status panel is a panel indicates location of elevators and whether it operates).

The 2006 international Fire Code (IFC) has the information. Also check with the local Fire Marshal for additional requirements.
