I have machine room less elevator and cab light disconnect is located by manufacturer in the hoistway of the elevator in the jab space

NEC 2017 Section 620.53 says elevator is to have single means of disconnecting means for car light and to provide disconnecting means outside the hoist way machinery room or control space.

Question if the elevator manufacturer already has one disconnecting means adding another outside of the hoistway would create multiple
Discos.

Has anyone encountered this situation and how one can comply with NEC 2017 Section 620.53 above situation?

I think you're mis-reading that section (620.53). A normal English-language interpretation of
Elevators shall have a single means for disconnecting all ungrounded car light, receptacle(s), and ventilation power-supply conductors for that elevator car.
is that the lights/fans/etc must all be controlled at once by only one device (a "master switch"), not that there can't be another switching device upstream (in series, not parallel) of that. After all, there's already a OCPD feeding everything....
