Elevators for parking garage

7 level parking garage, and has (4) elevators - does any code require the elevator on generator power?

Parking structures are not considered High-rise per IBC. YMMV.

When they say "open parking garage", I recall that they mean one with 50% or more open area on the walls. An underground structure wouldn't qualify.

But an underground garage wouldn't be a high rise for a different obvious reason in that it doesn't go up.
