Emergency Disconnect

Can a residence have 2 Emergency Disconnects ? or does it need to be just one?

2- 200 amp panels fed from a 320A meter base.

One disconnect for each panel.

I would think that two are okay, as long as they're grouped.

I know of no reason two can not be installed off af a 320.
Common here for McMansions.

The rule in 230.85 says:

If more than one disconnect is provided, they shall be grouped.
