Is there any limitation in the length of Secondary from outdoor generator to Generator Distribution switchboard inside the building?
Can you route exposed conduits outside?

As long as needed and yes they can be exposed.

You will need a disconnecting means closest to the point of entrance of the conductors.

The only real thing that can bite you is if this is really an emergency generator vs a optional standby generator.

If it is an emergency generator the conductors must be run in their owb conduits and enclosures.

Only needs to be "within sight".

Help me out with that.

Presently an outside generator is a structure by definition. This may change in 2017.

225.32 Location. The disconnecting means shall be installed
either inside or outside of the building or structure
served or where the conductors pass through the building or
structure. The disconnecting means shall be at a readily
accessible location nearest the point of entrance of the conductors.

For the purposes of this section, the requirements
in 230.6 shall be utilized.

Exception No. 1: For installations under single management,
where documented safe switching procedures are established
and maintained for disconnection, and where the
installation is monitored by qualified individuals, the disconnecting
means shall be permitted to be located elsewhere
on the premises.

Exception No. 2: For buildings or other structures qualifying
under the provisions of Article 685, the disconnecting
means shall be permitted to be located elsewhere on the
premises.

Exception No. 3: For towers or poles used as lighting
standards, the disconnecting means shall be permitted to be
located elsewhere on the premises.
Exception No. 4: For poles or similar structures used only
for support of signs installed in accordance with Article
600, the disconnecting means shall be permitted to be located
elsewhere on the premises.

702.12(A)Where an outdoor housed generator set is equipped with a readily accessible
disconnecting means in accordance with 445.18, and the disconnecting means is located within sight of the building
or structure supplied, an additional disconnecting means
shall not be required where ungrounded conductors serve or
pass through the building or structure.

Is there a set mounted breaker / disconnect?

How are you complying with 445.18 Disconnecting Means Required for Generators.Generators shall be equipped with disconnect(s), lockable in the open position, by means of
which the generator and all protective devices and control apparatus are able to be disconnected
entirely from the circuits supplied by the generator except where both of the following
conditions apply:
(1) The driving means for the generator can be readily shut down.
(2) The generator is not arranged to operate in parallel with another generator or other source
of voltage.

How about voltage drop?
