Looking through article 700 trying to figure out if I’m in the clear running an emergency circuit through 16 fixtures 8’ linear surface wrap style (4 of which will be egress fed from the circuit) that are connected together end to end. Since it’s only one circuit I don’t think article 700.10 B applies. Neither does 700.12 F Unit equipment. It’s a 8kva inverter that feeds two circuits throughout warehouse space. Only code section that seems to apply is Part IV of 700 starting at 700.16. Can anyone shed any light on this?

I think 700.10B applies, so you would have to run power out and around the 12 non-emergency fixtures.
