Every month I have to do an emergency exit light test at multiple supermarkets. Can someone explain to me the correct way to do this.
From what I was told from my company is to shut emergency circuit down for an hour and see if the exit signs are still on.
On a lot of the stores I see that the original lighting was replaced to regular lighting without emergency backup, but I'm not 100% sure.
