Emergency lighting in parking structures

Is there an I.B.C. code article that is specific to the required emergency lighting levels in a below grade parking structure? I am curious if it defines the areas that require emergency lighting and the minimal levels, in particular the general parking areas and drive aisles.

I'm not sure if any building codes cover EM lighting. You may want to look in Life Safty 101.

IBC 1006 - Means of Egress Illumination

1 foot-candle average
0.1 foot-candle minimum at any point along the path of egress at floor level

Not specific to the occupancy type.
