Emergency Power;

We have back up generators that come on automatic when we loose power, this EPower takes care of most emergency lighting and door controls and emergency
lighting. Can non emergency cabling be used in the same conduit as emergency power connected devices? If not what code or requirement would cover this
type installation?

Is this really an Article 700 application? Did an AHJ require this? Please review scope of Article 700, 701 and 702.
Many users call any generator an Emergency Generator

The wiring has to be kept separate from all other wiring. See 700.10(B).
A few years ago there was a fire in a cable duct at the Bellagio Resort in Vegas. They ran the cables from the utility feed and the backup generator in the same duct. The resort and casino was down for almost a week. I can’t imagine what kind of revenue loss that represented for them, but is was going to be a LOT more than the cost of running a second duct.

Looks like it was $3 million /day.

But the OP stated that the generator fed the emergency lighting. In order to use the generator to feed emergency lighting, (as its secondary power source) it would HAVE to be and comply with article 700.
