Per NEC, is it OK to feed the blower for a gas pack (one disconnect) with emergency power and the rest of a package rooftop HVAC unit with normal power (separate disconnect)?
It depends on the purpose of the equipment. This is not uncommon where the air-conditioning system is used for smoke control. It is more likely to be classified as legally-required standby than emergency. See 430.113 for the specific rule that requires a separate disconnecting means for each energy source supplying a piece of equipment.
