I have a 3.4 Meg cat generator feeding Emergency, legally required Standby plus some Optional equipment.
Per the NEC can these three items share a common buss. Article 700
 
As far as I'm aware, its legal to have a common bus on the emergency generator side of the ATS's.

In fact, that seems to be a preferred way to do this in hospitals where there is a critical care branch for many engineers.
