Emergency wiring and fire ratings

I am working on a fully sprinklered high rise project where there is an emergency generator. We have 2 hour rated rooms for the emergency distribution panels and ATS's however the emergency panelboards/transformers share common electrical rooms with non-emergency panels/transformers/submeetring equipment/etc. Is there a code violation here - do the emergency branch circuit panelboards and transformers need to be in their own dedicated fire rated room on each level of the highrise? I am also a little confused about the fire ratings of the wiring. Do ALL the feeders (between ATS and EMDP's, EMDP's and Emergency Panels, between the high/low voltage emergency panelboards and emergency transformers) and all the branch circuits (lighting, elevators, stair pressurization, etc) need to be fire rated? If so, is this more easily done using rated shafts/enclosures or a fire rated cabling system like mineral insulated wiring?

Thanks!

It appears you are NEC compliant. There may be other codes that have a say on this.

If the job happens to be in Massachusetts then it would be a violation to have emergency panels sharing a room with non-emergency panels.
