Hey, just wondering if it would be better to install a regular meter instead of Emon-Dmon CT reader.

Working on a garage where it's split into two sections. The owner wants a meter to read both locations. Cheaper would be to install a meter combo perhaps.

You say the garage is split in two locations, will the owner want to charge for the use on that meter? if so, then you may want to check your laws on sub metering in your state, some states have strict laws on sub metering, or they may require third party billing.
Every state utility laws differ, so just saying you want a meter is not that easy.
