I've bent 1.25 several times with a hand Bender I think 1.25 is the most I've never bent 1.5 by hand

I had to run some 3/4" rigid. Usually I just buy factory bends since I don't own an electric or Chicago bender. But for this job I needed a custom offset and was dreading attempting to bend rigid with a hand bender. Turned out it bent fairly easily. Haven't tried bending 1" rigid on a hand bender yet.

Doable for 1 or 2 bends but a Chicago bender is much easier and more practical.
