EMT Embedded in Concrete Inside Building

Is it acceptable for EMT to be embedded in concrete inside building? Article 358.10 does not clearly states Yes or No. Please help because the design of our conduit systems using EMT are embedded, which is not a best practise I believe.

It is permitted. Depending on the application RMC might be a better choice.
