NEC 503.10 Indicates that use of EMT is acceptable. However I'm finding it difficult to find a manufacture that makes connectors and coupling that are listed for Class III use. Anyone know of a brand?

NEC 503.145 The previous electrical contractor on this project used standard 4/S box's with raised industrial cover for all receptacles. The previous contractor never permitted the lob or had the job inspected. We are now re-installing the entire project to code however I am unsure if the existing receptacles will be acceptable under the exception in 503.145. Has anyone run across this issue and what was the outcome?

An EMT installation consistent with Article 358 is acceptable in Class III; no additional identification of the EMT system is required. However, note Section 503.30 very carefully.

Whether the 503.145 Exception will apply, will depend on the AHJ?s judgment call. Make sure you can show good housekeeping practices. Otherwise, the receptacle enclosures are required to be dusttight. Several ?in-use? type receptacles will work but make sure they are marked with a consistent enclosure type, such as NEMA 3. See Table 110.20 and its FPN.
