I would never make a rigid connection between separate structures. Also that's not properly supported.

Not properly supported helps with the rigid connection thing though. If movement is needed it likely can move but how much before that coupling gives up in some way?

In door, in the same stracture, not between two seperate stractures.
I'd have to agree with "justme". Unfortunately it is common around here to see improperly installed (supported) EMT "drops" in a lot of retail stores.

Looks like it's over 10ft. Therefore it needs something to support it somewhere in the middle. Otherwise it'd be code compliant. But personally I would never do it with the coupler in the middle like that. I'd do both bends in one piece. (I'd make multiple tries if I had to in order to get it right in one piece, but that'd not be necessary on a good day). Then strap both ends and put my couplers beyond the straps.
