I have an enclosure with a ground bar installed in it with the grounds from 120 volt 20 amp circuits landing on this ground bar rather than landing at the loadcenters. What size ground wire do I need to tie this enclosure ground bar to the loascenter's ground bar?

How far away is the encl from the load center?

Why not just run the grounds to the load center?

The circuit conductors should all run together back to their panelboard (CB panel)

I would make wirenut connections so as to extend these egc's to their rightful place in the panelboard where they get their source. :) 300.3(B)

Ground bar

Ground bar

I would have ran the grounds back to the panel if I had installed the enclosure and then bonded the enclosure being there are splices in the enclusure

Really, you only need one EGC from the panel to the ground bar, and it only needs to be sized for the largest circuit in the enclosure.

You're right, of course. As I read the post more closely I could venture a better guess at what the poster was driving at. 250.122 :)
