Wired a farm/home supply type retail store a few months back. Now they are wanting receptacles on the end of seven of the aisles, for advertising TV screens and such.

I've noticed at places like Wal Mart and local grocery store that EMT is just ran straight down from the ceiling with no support. I've even seen MC used also.

This will be about a 20' drop from ceiling web truss to top of aisle. My question is what is a good way to do this and provide adequate support. I'm hoping to tap in to this knowledge base for some good ideas.

Legrand Wiremold TelePower poles are avilable in 15' lengths and work well for this

While a common practice in many retail facilities, that is only permitted for rigid or IMC where the conduit is connected using threaded couplings.
