In a IBX it is required to remove the dead front from the panel in order to IR the panel. The problem I have is all the engineers keep accidentally knocking breakers off by hitting them with the dead front. Does anyone know of any item available to protect the breakers from being turned off because if they are turned off we loose customer servers. Most of the breakers are single pole 20 amp cutler hammer 120V.

Yep, there is an easy way..install breaker locks on all the breakers before removing the dead front..remember that breaker locks can be used to lock breakers ON as well as off. (Fire alarm breakers are usually locked on to prevent accidental turn-off.)

Breaker locks for single-pole breakers are cheap and can be ordered in quantity.

I have thought about breaker locks but I would have to have 42 per panel and the way we sometimes have to turn them on and off it doesn't seem practicle. Also some are so close to full load if you start touching them they have the tendency to turn off. I was looking for something more in line with protecting them all.
