Trying to get an idea of what range to expect to pay for an energy model for a midsize general commercial office type space or anything type of space really. Specifically a model that is in line with the requirements of LEED V4 and/or 2009 .
Also would like to know if the energy model must be done or certified by an engineer. I googled some credentials that seem nice to tout around but nothing seemed to be required so to speak.
Any experience with energy modeling would be greatly appreciated.
