Energy rebate? Jersey guys

I have a customer who is thinking about changing 75 office T 12 2x4 fixtures to T 8s does anyone have a link to any energy saving information. And does anyone know of a rebate that New Jersey offers.

I recently found a formula on the department of energy web sight for savings with occupancy sensors. I'm sure you could use that one. The only variable would be the utility charge.

Last I knew, PSE&G (NJ) was giving some rebates...but this was in the late 90's and the program has since been mothballed.

It may have changed and been reincarnated...I do not have any current information.
