Proposed 10MW/20MWh ESS coming to my area. (West Texas)

Unfortunately, I'm not up to speed on all the intricacies of the project. Biggest concern is fire hazard and thermal runway. Will have Combustible gas detection and back up water-based suppression system, but per plans a permanent water connection is not required. They will "truck-in" water as needed. My concern is thermal runway and fire. Lack of a water connection for FD at site has me worried in case of an emergency. Has anyone dealt with something like this previously? In many areas, the containers are set apart from other combustibles during install so that it can be left for days to burn up if there is a fire, because the first person that opens the door, allows for air to feed the fire and a flashover occurs.
Automatic water with higher than "normal" sprinkler head spacing and flow is the recommended suppression agent per FM, and lots of it, if it is going to be suppressed.

If somebody else is making the choice, I wouldn't stress about it. I have to say, "truck it in" is the same as "let it burn to the ground" in this context.
