Enphase breaker tripping

We have breakers tripping on an Enphase IQ system that has 2 branch circuits.
First, one of the branch breakers tripped several weeks ago. (ie 1/2 the system went down)
Now, the main solar breaker likely tripped (assuming so, since the whole system is offline)

Where would you start looking? I don't enjoy the idea of picking up every panel.

I would start in the j-box on the roof. Then I would check for a terminator cap on the branch that tripped by itself.

That really sounds like an issue on the exterior of building. Would start with investigating and connection that might be loose or missing a wire nut that is allowing water to enter the enclosure or connection and making a short to ground.

You didn't indicate if you have micro inverters but the splicing there with the quick connects might be loose or allowing water entry and is near enough to the grounded framing to create a short.
