ENT in hospitals

I have hard pan ceilings going in for a patient care area, so all telecommunication piping has to be taken out to a corridor.

Curious as to whether Electrical Nonmetallic Tubing is legal to be installed, inside the walls, and used for these chases from corridor to box.

Any info is appreciated.

Thanks for replying Van, but I am already aware of that code section. Perhaps I need to give more detail. It is for a renovation we are doing in our hospital. It is being set up for patient care areas. The corridor is the only area that has a "drop" ceiling. The rest are hard pan. Due to the planum restrictions, I wasn't sure if I could use this material to go through the walls and stub out above the corridor ceiling. Because ENT is flame retardant, allowed to be used above 3 floors (yes it is sprinkled), and just an over all easy way to do this, I was hoping I was allowed. I think the planum restrictions kill me though.

Thoughts??
