Hello,
I have a question concerning the application of ENT. I have installed ENT embedded in concrete which is beneath a water feature.

The inspector is questioning this application because he feels that the water feature will weep water through 4" poured-in-place concrete.

He is questioning the use of ENT, however the manufacturer "Carlon" states that ENT is permitted in wet locations. The Electrical Code 680.10 doesn't say it can not be used.

Is this an acceptable installation and what article in the NEC would state this?

Thank you in advance for any insight or advice being offered.
