EPO Conductors routed with circuit conducors.

I was looking at a fairly new, existing data center installation, and in one location they routed EPO power conductors in the same LFMC as two branch circuit conductors. I don't know of any Code violation, but my preference is to keep them separate - more of a design/common sense issue.
Does anyone know of a Code reference that would prohibit this?

Nope, it is not life safety so you can pretty much do what you want.

Thanks, Bob - I wasn't directly involved with this. It was a Design/Build, with not much 'Design', and some marginal 'Build'. Just happened to be walking by and took a closer (maybe too close) look.
