EPO switch

Where in the code it says you need an EPO switch? In all MDF rooms or only in data processing rooms? Please clarify. Thanks.

Nowhere in the code code does it say that it is required.

In Article 645 you can provide it (disconnecting means) along with other prerequisites to be allowed to use some leniencies from the Chapters 1-4

Most MDFs and data centers do not benefit enough from the leniencies to go through the liability nightmare to provide the prerequisites in 645, such as EPO.
