Is there a Testing Standard covering the proper testing of Equipment Bonding & Grounding (i.e. Touch Potential, etc.). If so what is it?
There is a lot out there about "Ground Testing" that relates to testing the quality of the Grounding Electrode System components. But once you get past the groudning at the service main, what standard exist for the proper methodolgy, and acceptable results for testing the bonding / grounding of every thing down-stream of the main service?
We have a customer who wants to be assured that all the equipment their employees are touching will be "safe".
