Sizing the EGC on a transformer secondary would be sized based on the OCPD device that the conductors terminate in right?

So how do you size the EGC for a fire pump circuit on a transformer secondary since the secondary conductors don't terminate in an OCPD and instead terminate in a fire pump controller.

There is no EGC with the transformer secondary conductors. There is a Supply Side Bonding Jumper. It's size is dependent on the secondary conductor size...see 250.30.

I would think a transformer for a fire pump would also follow 250.30.

Why would an EGC not be included with transformer secondary conductors, how would fault current return? See attached.

There is a grounding conductor (except for one exception), but it is called a Supply-Side Bonding Jumper.
