We have a 125V DC charger for Charging the batteries and supplying the DC Loads mainly switchgears.

Do the outgoing feeders from the DC charger have EGC (Equipment grounding conductor) along with the each outgoing cable?

Does NEC mandates that?

NEC Art. 250.162 Direct-Current Circuits and Systems to Be Grounded.
Exception No. 2: A rectifier-derived dc system supplied from an ac system complying with 250.20 shall not be required to be grounded. That means if the rectifier transformer is grounded you don't need EGC for d.c.circuits. However if you needs an EGC you may use a separate conductor:
250.134 Equipment Fastened in Place or Connected by Permanent Wiring Methods (Fixed) — Grounding
Exception No. 2: For dc circuits, the equipment grounding conductor shall be permitted to be run separately from the circuit conductors.

Grounding and bonding are different.
Just as an ungrounded "system" needs to have its enclosures and feeders grounded and bonded and run with EGC's, a DC feeder or circuit source ("system") may or may not be required to be grounded, but would still be required to have its non-current carrying metallic enclosures be bonded and feeders / circuits run with and EGC. The EGC may be a wire type or raceway type as listed in 250.118.
See 250.4(A) if you think that the DC source "system" output is grounded OR see 250.4(B) if you think the DC source "system" output is ungrounded.
