What size copper equipment grounding conductor is required for a 200 amp 480 volt branch circuit that is fed with 3/0 THW?

I remember back when I was in school a lot of homework question asked where based on TW copper conductors I guess this was to get us used to checking different columns in the ampacity tables

I am not quit sure why you are installing the 3/0 TW for the 200 amp circuit. What is this circuit being used for?
