Changing out old panels and an old three-story apartment complex. The feeder conduit is rigid, and they were using the raceway as an equipment grounding conductor when installed in the new panel that had concentric knockouts are bonding bushings required, even if it’s not the first means of disconnect.? Also we had to cut the rigid on the second floor that fed the third floor panel and had to convert to an inch and a quarter flex to re-feed the third floor panel because it was in the way when mounting the second floor panel. When transitioning to flex is that acceptable to still be used as an equipment grounding conductor.?
