I have a run of conduit at an industrial facility that runs several different motors. The home run pipe leaves the MCC and each motor disconnect is fed from a seperate T-Condolet. Every motor has a seperate electrical feed from the MCC, but they are all in the same raceway. My question is in regards the the equipment ground. Would it be code compliant to run a seperate equipment ground for each motor (3 equipment grounds in the same conduit)? I do not have enough room in the T-Condolet to met the box fill requirements if I splice. The pipe work is existing and I don't want to reconfigure. All the wiring is #12 THHN.

You could also run one EGC to each disconnect in turn, then run it back to the T and on to the next disconnect.

This thread seems to be in the wrong forum.
