Equipment Installation in Electrical Room

Is there any issue if electrical equipment (switchboard) concrete base to be installed along the wall and extends approximately 6" into the pathway of an electrical room entrance door? My understanding the minimum door width required is 24" but we have a double doors and it's large enough to get equipment in and out without any obstruction. I don't see an issue for a personal egress but not sure. Any thoughts? Thanks,

I really don't have a sketch as I have already requested it. The contractor is asking this question but not sure the actual condition of equipment installed. All what he is saying around 6" of the equipment base extends 6" into the pathway of the 60" double door. I couldn't find anywhere in NEC cover this subject.
