Equipment rack Installation

Does anyone know the page/ section in the NEC that specifically states the required clear distance between an equipment rack (containing many rack mounted, low voltage, low current audio/ video/ data devices that are all powered by 120VAC from a rack mounted strip) and the wall or nearest surface?
(For instance... does the same distance rule apply as in the case of breaker panels that state 36" clear in required?)

110.26(A) has the requirement for working spaces around electrical equipment. The general rule is that this space is required when the equipment is likely to require examination, adjustment, service or maintenance while energized. IMO this would not apply to an audio/video rack.
