Where in the code book does it tell you the method for bonding the pool? As far as what type of lug and the method for attaching it to the pool? I realize 680.26 is the article, but where does it mention the means for the tie in?

The NEC does not tell you how to do it. As long as the lugs are listed for the use then there isn't an issue. The equipotential bonding that encircles the pool can be used with direct burial split bolts. Mike Holt has some good graphics on it.

I believe I stated that it does not tell us that. Use listed fittings and you are good to go.
