I have a rectangular pool that is 20 ft. by 45 ft. and the contractor bonded the pool shell at the corners. 680.26 (B)(2) states "four points uniformly spaced around the perimeter of the pool". The perimeter is 130 l.f. should the four points of connection be 32.5 ft. apart, or is the four corners okay? The concrete pool shell is installed. I have asked him to install 2 more bonding wires to at the center of the 45' sides and connect to the Equipotential #8.

I believe that is done all too often and may pass inspection but the code states 4 points uniformly spaced. There is no way that bonding at the corners can be uniformly spaced on a rectangular pool. IMO, you are correct is asking for more bonding
