I am bidding on this condo project and would like to know what some of you guys would charge. Heres som specs on it.
The building livable sq' is about 7500 plus a underground parking garage.
The tenant rooms are about 1000 sq'-1400sq'.
Stoves are gas.
disposal and dishwasher.
Above stove microwave.
6- Roof top A/Cs
4- undercabinet lights per kitchen.
Gas dryers.
Service is 600amp underground 208 3 phase. Trenching by other.
Service will be group metering on outside of building.
6-100 amp single phase tenant panels.
1-200 amp three phase House panel.
1-2100 pound 20 hp hydraulic elevator, feeder wiring by Electrician Elevator wiring by elevator contractor.
Elevator control room is fire sprinklerd.
1-parking garage furnace.
1- 30 amp base board heater in front entry.
3- Street lamps to wire in yard.
6-Common hall light wiring.
All fixtures supplyed by builder, wood framing except for span crete in garage.
