Estimated full load amp rating from MCA and max fuse size

Mechanical drawings indicate a motor with max fuse size 40A (x3) and minimum circuit amps 32A (x3). At 480V, what's a good estimate for the 3-phase full load amp rating for the motor?

If this is a single device, it is reasonable to assume the MCA is 125% of the load current.

Not sure what exactly you mean by "full load amp rating" - do you mean the actual load or the load from the nec tables in 430? FWIW I find ACTUAL load of AC units to be 2/3 of MCA with surprising consistency.
