estimated load for 5 stars hotel

Please advise, i would like know the average for the estimated electrical loads VA/m2 for 5 stars hotel

Are you looking for a generalized load for the entire building? No way, you need to do a calculation. The general lighting load for hotels is found in T220.12 and is 22VA/m2

I know that figure for lighting estimation but what about other items, like air conditioning loads, heaters loads, small power , kitchen equipements .......etc.
