Estimated Yearly Electric Cost

Fellow Forum Users,

I have a client that asked me for a estimated power cost per year for their space. It is a 15,000 SF Office Space that is broke up into about 20 tenant spaces. They would just like to know what they might be paying per year for the power bill (total space). Are there any rules of thumb? Cost of power in my area is approximately 10 cents per kwh.

what type of business will the shell provide tenancy to. the power bill can vary greatly depending on this.
