Located in Western Upstate NY. I have a number for a 100A 480V feeder on 1 hole straps including 1-1/2" EMT and 1AWG CU running a distance of about 190 feet. as well as a new circuit for a CNC machine. New panel board at the end. I am putting a myself and an apprentice on it. My software hits me with a figure around $13,000, I'm not sure it is a fair figure as I do not do it all the time.

I ran my material cost at the supply house and my paper and pencil number with mark up comes is around the same as the software.

Thanks in advance for reasonable council.

THIS SHOULD BE NO MORE THAN 9-10,000 DOLLARS ON LONG ISLAND, ASSUMING ALL 3 PHASE AND 60 AMP CNC CIRCUIT IN MC WITH INSPECTION, MAIN BREAKER AND DISCONNECT, 190' IN WHAT TYPE CONSTRUCTION, LOOKS LIKE MAY BE A WOOD BARN?

Im not one to ask about pricing in your area, but if this feed is for an industrial application, have you accounted for continuous duty (125%) for sizing your wire? I would price to run 1/0 cu for your feed. These unseen expenses combined with potential to cause unforeseen labor costs can sink small companies, not to mention the effect on your professional reputation if installed improperly.. hope this helps!

This did not end up happening after they saw the price and we only did a dedicated circuit for the CNC. 480V 17A load so with 125% we ran a 30A circuit. Originally I ran voltage drop etc. The issue was because they are so new to the CNC thing I did not have an equipment list to get a better feel for what I want and should install for conductors.
