estimating for new houses

Do you have a calculator or formula for electrical estimates for new houses per sq ft ? I'm hoping to come up with one so I don't have to meticulously estimate each house piece meal. I realize state to state etc, it will vary. But, do you have any guidelines you use ? Thank you

I would go by the number of receptacles, the panel size Etc not by square footage. You can use square footage as a guesstimate but I wouldn't actually bid off it.
