I would download a list of all certfied electrical contractors in that area from the Florida DBPR website (myflorida.com/dbpr) and submit a resume to each and every one. I doubt too many are actually hiring at this time (12.5% unemployment here in FL right now and as much as 30% for the construction sector), but you may just get someones attention.
