I do mainly residential work. I am bombarded daily with emails offering estimating services. Does anyone have any experience with these services? Would I just send them the prints and they would send me the estimate? How do they charge?

Hello Greg, I'm a freelance estimator from Boston and I do takeoff's for both commercial and residential projects. my prices vary between $750-$3500 depending on the size of the project. I would do the takeoff, breakdown, and proposal writing. let me know if you're interested.
