I have used Accubid and Vision Electrical Bid Manager. Vision in my oppinion is by far the best out there, user friendly and cost affective.

We use Dart Board. There is a cork board with numbers and we chuck darts at it to arrive at the cost.

Additionally there is the PPP (price per pound), weight the prints and use an established method for cost per pound of the prints.
